We believe in R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

Not just from our pupils but for our pupils. Whatever life may be throwing at them, we want every child who walks through the doors of Team Up to find a place where they feel recognised as having potential.

We believe that every child has talent and the ability to learn. Sometimes they have just never been given the self-belief or confidence to see that for themselves.

At Team Up every part of every day is designed with the same goal in mind – to help equip our pupils with the strength of character they need to achieve. Whether that be communication skills to really express how they are feeling or the courage to get in to school at all.

We believe that by working on RESPECT – teaching traits of

Resilience, Empathy, Self-awareness, Positivity, Excellence, Communication and Teamwork

– we can help our pupils build the strength of character they need to succeed at school and beyond.

Team Up is built to be different.

Designed from scratch to be a place where pupils not only learn the curriculum – but life skills like courage, resilience, self-confidence and pride in what they can achieve.

Team Up doesn’t do average.

It doesn’t look like an average classroom, it doesn’t have the average number of staff to pupils, and it doesn’t teach average lessons. We pride ourselves on doing it differently – because we know all the pupils that come to us need different things.

It’s all about RESPECT.

Not just from the pupils but for the pupils. With an action packed curriculum based on building self-confidence and self-esteem. Partnering with Commando Joe’s to offer exciting mission-based lessons focusing on real-life explorers and role models with practical challenges to foster resilience, teamwork and communication.
